Return Policy:
We appreciate your business and we
want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase. Every item we
sell new is covered by the
manufacturer’s warranty.
New
products must have the original
packaging and manuals and free from
signs of wear and blemishes. Used
products must be returned in the
same condition as when purchased. We
do not accept returns on: print
music, opened DVDs, opened CDs,
reeds (unless in a sealed package),
earplugs, recorders and harmonicas.
We do not accept returns on special
orders (items that we don’t normally
keep in stock that we ordered for
you).
For in-store purchases, returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
(Purchases made after
Thanksgiving may be returned by
January 2nd.)
Applicable refunds will be
made in the form of store credit.
Returns of P.A. equipment,
fretted instruments, effects,
amplifiers, microphones, keyboards,
and used drum sets are subject to a
10% restocking fee. Returns of
rental level band and orchestra
instruments are subject to a
one-month standard rental fee.
For
Internet purchases,
returns will be accepted within 30
days of the shipping date.
Applicable refunds will be
made in the form of payment of the
original purchase, minus the
original shipping costs.
Please do not accept any
shipment if the packaging appears
damaged in any way. If you accept a
shipment and then discover damage,
please save the packaging as we may
need these items for further
investigation. We request that you
check your order after receiving it
to be sure that it is in proper
working order. Until you are certain
that a return will not be necessary,
please handle the item you purchased
carefully and retain all product
packaging materials. All returns
must be pre-paid and returned in
original packaging, with all
enclosures. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. Please contact us
before returning any items.
For any order to be shipped to other
than the 48 continental states,
please contact us before placing
your order.
We can not ship to a P.O.
box. All orders must be shipped to a
physical address.
Forms of
payment: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, PayPal, certified
check. Your credit card will not be
charged until the order is shipped.
Certified checks are to be made out
to Sound Beach Music and sent to
Sound Beach Music,
66 Echo Ave., Miller Place, NY
11764. All payments
are to be in U.S. dollars.
Most orders will ship by the second
business day after the order is
placed. Feel free to check on the
status of your order by contacting
us by e-mail or phone.
By
law, we are required to collect
sales tax on all orders shipped
within New York. Orders shipped
outside of
New York
are not subject to sales tax.
We
are committed to protecting your
privacy. We will not disclose any of
your personal information to anyone
outside of Sound Beach Music. This
includes your name, mailing address,
phone number, e-mail address or
credit card information. Any credit
card information we collect from you
will be used for the current
transaction and will not be saved
for further use.
